About the event
We’re excited to welcome you to Family Day, a special event where parents, family members, and friends can join their children on the mat for an hour of shared Aikido practice.
What to Expect:
• Warm-up and Introduction: We’ll start with a brief introduction to Aikido and warm-up exercises.
• Family Training: You and your child will have the chance to participate in training together, learning basic techniques and movements.
• Shared Experience: This is an opportunity to experience Aikido firsthand, feel the joy of practice, and see your child’s progress in a supportive and fun environment.
• Q&A: There will be time at the end to ask questions and discuss Aikido’s role in daily life, how it fosters preparedness, and what it means for both kids and adults.
