HELLO

Explore Aikido or Iaido with us at Mushinkan Kokyo! We welcome individuals of all ages, body types, and physical conditions to join our practice. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our arts offer numerous benefits, from improved flexibility and coordination to stress management skills.

Newcomers are paired with senior students, ensuring a supportive learning environment. Our traditional Japanese martial arts, or Budo, go beyond physical techniques; they equip participants with tools for daily challenges, stress management, conflict resolution, and a more peaceful life.

Visiting aikidoka or iaidoka, regardless of affiliation, are warmly invited. To plan your visit, reach out to us in advance. Upon arrival, introduce yourself to the instructor, sign a waiver, and pay a $20 mat fee. For guests and visitors trying an art for the first time, simply wear sweats or loose-fitting clothing (no shorts, please).

If you prefer, feel free to observe and soak in the experience. We look forward to welcoming you!
