About the event
This one-day seminar explores not just what we teach, but how we teach — and how we nurture our dojos and communities for generations to come. It is s designed for current instructors as well as those aspiring to teach in the future. Attendance is open to all — not only members of Aikido Shimbokukai, but also practitioners from any lineage or affiliation who wish to deepen their understanding of instruction and dojo leadership.

Beyond the Technique: Teaching Aikido with Purpose
Planning for the Future: Dojo Leadership and Succession
Senior instructors from diverse lineages will share insights and perspectives, followed by open discussion and community dialogue.
